About Us

Ucan2 Property Solutions is a premium short-term rental management company focused on delivering elevated guest experiences, hospitality-grade service, and property performance for our owners. Our properties are professionally cleaned, designed for comfort, and tailored for business and leisure travelers alike. We believe guests deserve hotel-level consistency with the warmth of a home—and that’s exactly what we deliver, across every stay.

My Journey: From the Ground Up

I was a firm believer in Abraham Lincoln’s philosophy of an apprentice today and an owner tomorrow. I learned from the ground up! From working as a direct care staff member to managing operations at a 16-bed brain injury rehab facility bleeding $10K/month, I turned it profitable in six months and delivered a 24% EBITDA within 18 months. From there, I was deployed across five U.S. states and Ontario, Canada, to fix systems, write policies, conduct audits, and prepare clinics for compliance.

Today, I serve as CEO of a short-term rental management company and operate in the M&A space, helping founders structure for acquisition or acquire businesses themselves.

It’s a great place, very clean, spacious, and well equipped. It’s a great location; everything is very close by. I liked how thoughtful the host was in little details like having a crib, high chair for babies, and books for kids. As a parent those things are super helpful. The host was friendly and responded fast. Would stay here again!

Eric’s home was everything one could want. It was literally three to five minutes away from everything I wanted to do during my stay in Waco. This was a wonderful getaway and incredibly affordable. Our host was helpful, responsive, and even left us detailed instructions for all of the appliances and house amenities. We had our nine-month-old with us and he had a fantastic time. The neighborhood was fairly noisy, especially at night, but we had no problems sleeping with a fan going. We are extremely grateful and would definitely stay here again.
