I really appreciate Eric and his team for hosting me in Waco. They were very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. A convenient location to downtown Waco as well.

Eric is a great communicator and I was welcomed warmly. Place felt safe and my dogs were allowed. The bed is comfy and the place is overall cozy. The location is really close to everything. There were a few conditions that need improvement. I've stayed at nicer and cleaner for cheaper.

During our 7 nights we saw about 10 roaches, the pest guy came to spray and we still saw roaches in the house after this. There were also sponges to wash the dishes that were stained and not even new.
