Eric’s place was extremely clean and quaint … the kitchen was well equipped and the area was very quiet and peaceful. Just close enough to town and many things to do. Loved it.

Overall, a good place to stay. Location was great. The only thing I found not so pleasant was that the A/C was off when we got to house.

What a great place to relax and unwind. Very quiet, close to Wimberley. Wonderfully appointed. And a working AC! Have no complaints. Loved the convenience of the carport, washer/dryer, full kitchen. It's a compact space but perfect for a couple or a guy and his pup. Can highly recommend. And Eric and Derrick were awesome hosts, too.
