Eric’s place is a really solid option for an affordable stay for a few people in Downtown Waco. He had everything we needed and was very responsive! Only thing to watch out for is some uneven surfaces inside and stray cats outside- it really didn’t bother us or impact our stay at all though. The house was super easy to access with good parking and Eric was prompt and responsive. I would stay here again if headed back to Waco.
