Eric was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, with plenty of towels and linens. The property is half of a duplex with a permanent tenant in the other half who shares the laundry room. It was a little startling to run into them. The responsiveness was great; we never waited more than a few minutes for a reply. We had to keep extending our stay, and that process was smooth and easy. The place needs a bit of maintenance; the area on the back patio has soffit molding falling off. Not a big deal, but it is things like that and the scruffy neighborhood that keep this from being a 5 star property. Overall a very good value on price and service. Stay here if you like being a few minutes from a lot of things in North Austin at a good price. It's not quite "Domain area" but the Domain, soccer stadium, and lot of shops and restaurants are not far. Eric is a great host and the place is clean.
